All steek dot scot products and services contain downloadable or online content. Customers must have access to a computer or other device which supports an internet browser and a good internet connection to access our products and services. Our classes and courses involve online access of videos through a logged in customer account which requires cookies to be enabled.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Customers can cancel their order up to 14 CALENDAR DAYS after ordering provided the online content has not been accessed via account login. Once the course, class or downloadable workbook content is accessed the return period is automatically waived. Customers who have not accessed their course, class or downloadable content and wish to return their order within the 14 day period must inform Virtual Yarns Ltd using the form below of their intention to cancel so that a refund can be provided and the online access removed.
