PROVISION OF CORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and correct name and postal address for delivery of goods ordered from this website. The address must include any postal code required by the national mail service of the receiving country. Virtual Yarns Ltd will not be responsible for any loss of goods caused by a customer supplying an incomplete or incorrect address, and will not issue refunds for any goods lost in this manner.
If any goods are returned to us marked undeliverable, and the customer subsequently provides a correct address for delivery, then postage will be charged on the re-shipment.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Customers have a statutory right to cancel their order up to 14 CALENDAR DAYS after their order is delivered. Customers must inform Virtual Yarns Ltd by letter or email of their intention to cancel. The customer then has a further 14 CALENDAR DAYS to return the order.

The amount paid for the order will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. The return postage will be paid for by the customer, unless the goods are faulty, in which case the postage will be refunded by Virtual Yarns Ltd.
Goods returned from outside the EU should be clearly marked RETURNED GOODS on the outside of the parcel. If the parcel is not thus marked, and Virtual Yarns Ltd is charged VAT or customs duty, then these charges will be deducted from any refund due.
DECLINING OF ORDERS
Virtual Yarns Ltd reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.
COMMERCIAL USE OF KNITTED DESIGNS
The products for sale on this website are for the use of private customers only. It is strictly prohibited to offer knitted/finished Virtual Yarns designs for sale, or to use them for any commercial purpose.
Virtual Yarns Ltd is a company registered and located in Scotland, and these terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed under Scottish law.
